Desired Outcome Goal:
Copy (cc) each emailed notice to a staff member -- in order to verify that the notice is being sent.

Procedure:
* Add a staff member's email address as a Bcc in the .\Alephcom\tab\alephcom.ini of the pc where the Print Daemon is running:
bccaddress jones@abc.edu
* This will cause each emailed notice to be sent to the staff member ( jones@abc.edu) as well.
