How to setup tab_merge_overlay for loading records with service "Load ALEPH Sequential MARC Records (manage-18)

Desired Outcome Goal:
Loadi OCLC records, handling field 035 the following way:
1. Add 035 from the incoming file where none exists in the database or ...
2. Overwrite any 035 entry in the database with data from incoming file
3. 035 entries which begin with (OCoLC) shall not be overwritten
Procedure:
