    Desired Outcome Goal:
For exported records using "Download Machine-Readable Records (print-03)" field 001 (IDN) appears at the end of the record but should appear as first field.

    Procedure:
    Add a line ...
    DBCEX fix_doc_sort

... at the end of the DBCEX fix routines in xxx01/tab/tab_fix. Then the fields will be sorted according to their order in xxx01/tab/tab01.lng and field 001 will appear first.
