Error message "ID or verification field don't match the system records." appears when trying to login to the OPAC.

Resolution

In usr_library table xxx00/tab/tab_bor_id.lng you can assign which information from the patron record is used for signing in. Columns 6 and 7 must be set to "Y" in order to login with system number (Patron's ID) and barcode.
