Problem Symptoms:
After logging in to Aleph via PDS and ldap, the following error appears :
"ID or verification field don't match the system records used by the PDS"

Cause:
./pds/conf_table/tab_server.xxx50 institution was set to institution name instead of institution code (XXX50).

Resolution:
Set institution parameter in ./pds/conf_table/tab_server.xxx50 to XXX50, as follows: 

[INSTITUTE_DISPLAY]
code = XXX50
institute = XXX50
lang = ENG
desc = XXX Research Library
[END]

Additional Information:
Previously the institute was set to = ABC Research Library. Should be XXX50 (same as code)
