    Problem Symptoms:
    When selecting the summary for borrowing requests in GUI ILL:
    * There is an error message 
       "Remote service error (c0862)" Number of requests is zero
    * Sometimes the GUI crashes

     

    Cause:
    Missing Oracle indexes for the Z410 and Z416 tables.

     

    Resolution:
    Recreation of missing indexes using UTIL A 17 2.

     

    Additional Information:
    util a/17/14 can be used to check if all the Oracle indexes defined in file_list are present for a particular table.  

    The SQL in article " How to tell if Oracle indexes for a particular library are present & VALID " can be used to check all the Oracle indexes in a library at once.
