    Description:
    What does the request status "SNA" mean? It is not defined in our ILL-REQ-STATUS list in tab/www_tab_exp_field.eng table.

    Resolution:
    This is "Supplier Not Active" status.

    It is a z411 (supplier status) and not a z410 (request status) that's why it does not appear in the table of statuses in the documentation (syslib guide).
