    Description:
In the supplier letter (ill-send-request-letter) there's no explanation to the Lending site about what the numbers for the volume, issue, etc. mean. For example, if I generate a letter for request 123, here's the bib-info:
    5555-6666
British journal of Middle Eastern studies.
    Science Direct
Test of the test test test.
    2003 01
    9
    1
    50-55
This represents v.9:1 (Jan.2003), pages 50-55, but there's no description to make that clear.

    Resolution:
I would suggest implementing the following section in adm40/tab/edit_field.eng:
    1 # ISS## D
    2 y A Year:^ ^
    2 m A Month:^ ^
    2 d A Day:^
    2 v A Vol.:^
    2 i A Issue:^
    2 p A Pages:^
The supplier letter will then look like this:
    Year: 2003 Month: 01
    Vol: 9
    Issue: 1
    Pages: 50-55
