    Question

How does patron expiration date check work for patron without Home Library defined in their Patron Global Information record?

    Answer

    * PAT-DELINQ in tab_check_circ in the ADM library is used when an ILL request is placed from the GUI or from the Web
    * check_circ_1_c_a is the check routine used to check the patron expiration date (z305_expiry_date)
    * Check is performed against the expiration date in the sublibrary defined as Home Library in the Patron Global Information record
    * If there is no Home Library the system checks the expiration of the patron in the local record for ADM library and if the patron is expired there the "delinquency" error will be displayed in both the WEB and the GUI
