When a loan process is handled in the ILL module based on an existing lending (incoming) request and some loan check is trigerred, Override option always appears as active. Is it on purpose or is there an option to use check_circ_override to control behaviour of Override function, similar as in Circulation module?

This is how it worked since the new ILL module was developed.

Since the loan in ILL is done to a library and not to a patron, we want to give any ILL staff the option to override those errors.

Therefore, Override option is always active and does not consult check_circ_override (as Circulation module does).
