    ILL Staff is not allowed to register a request for this patron ID

    Description

    You get the following message when trying to place an ILL request:

    "ILL Staff is not allowed to register a request for this patron ID."

    Resolution


    This might be due to the ILL Library setting in the patron's borrower record. It has to match whatever the site is using. If he/she has something different or if it's blank, that might explain it.

    This could be a problem with the patron’s Home library. It needs to match the Staff user’s profile.
