ILL Unit is closed" Message

Problem Symptoms:
"ILL Unit is closed" message appearing in the top title bar and in the left pane Functional tree.
Cause:
local $alephe_root/error_lng/global contains error message 1001 "ILL Unit is closed" overriding the correct general message from files $aleph_root/error_lng/
Resolution:
copy the following error files from $aleph_root/error_lng to local directory $alephe_root/error_lng directory.
For ILL
* ill_borrow_tree
* ill_lend_tree
For Cataloging
* pc_tree_c1506
Additional Information
Since the $alephe_root/error_lng/global file contains an error number (here: 1001) that also appears in the other files, if the global file is copied to $alephe_root/error_lng, then the specific files must also be copied to $alephe_root/error_lng.
Otherwise, as in this case, the wrong error message from the global file is displayed.
Reading order of the error files
1. $alephe_root/error_lng specific file (i.e., ill_borrow_tree)
2. $alephe_root/error_lng global file
3. $aleph_root/error_lng specific file
4. $aleph_root/error_lng global file
