    Question

Why do I get an error message “Object is not permitted for your IP address” when I add my IP address to an ADAM object?

    Answer

This is a topic with internal and external IP addresses. IP which is provided with error message “Object is not permitted for your IP address” is your internal IP. When you add it to the object the display works. The IP you have added before which is also the provided one when asking for the IP using http://whatismyipaddress.com/ is the firewall IP of your network. As you PC is already inside the network you have to add the internal IP.
