Including a hyphen surrounded by spaces in search

Problem Symptoms:
- Titles can not be found in word index when they have hyphen, space, hyphen (e.g. wti="Management science - theory").
Cause:
Hyphens are not handled in sections 90 / 97 of tab_word_breaking
Resolution:
1. In ./xxx01/tab/tab_word_breaking add - to sections 90 and 97 for procedure to_blank_2
