Description:
Problem: When due hour of hourly loaned item falls after midnight system assigns due date to the next date open hour for setup of tab16 col. 27 = 0 ( 0 - Adjust a due hour which is after closing time to the closing time (if the due date is an open day), or to the closing time of the NEXT open day (if the due date is a closed day).

Request: Customer wants to have possibility to setup system for hourly loaned items to be returned on the same day closed hour.

Resolution:
This can be addressed by making the configuration of tab16 more explicit.
