    Question

When entering a non-numerical z30_copy_id it is switched in display to a numeric value. Why and how to avoid this?

    Answer

It's not necessary that the copy-ID is a numeric field. Comment out (or remove) the following line in: ./xxx01/form_eng/global.trn (which defines it as an integer):
    !z30-copy-id INTEGER S
Then, the correct value will be displayed.

    Additional Information

For adjusting the display also in Primo interface comment the line out also in file./alephe/dlf_eng/dlf-global.trn.
