Description

The introduction to the Aleph Service Pack (SP) 22.1.6 (2329) says “Before the service pack installation, install third-party product updates”.  How do we do this?

Alos, some customers have gotten the error "Couldn't find Tomcat as 3rd party product" in util sp step 4 / 1 ("Install Service Pack").

Resolution

You need to do "util sp", steps 6 - 10 for third-party products: 

6. Download 3rd party products update 
7. Check 3rd party product download status 
8. Extract products updates 
9. Update 3rd party soft links 
10. Run Third party product OS pre checks 

It's best to do #10 first (since it is "pre checks"), then do 6 - 9. Then steps 1 - 5. 

Since the Service Packs are cumulative, the above applies to any v22 SP being installed which includes SP 22.1.6.
