Institution Symbol length

Description:
ALEPH Web ILL - libserv1 - It appears that MPSMT can locate a title in Borrowing and then can Send to Supplier DKP but this never shows up in DKP lending - we looked in APDU Exceptions and we can see the error but don't know what to correct .
Please elaborate what this error is telling us and how to fix it - MPSFT, MPSJT and MPSHT can all send requests to DKP and DKP does receive them.

Resolution:
The problem with sending requests from MPSMT is the Institutional Symbol length (in Suppliers / Address).
It has now 32 characters, but the system allows max 25.
Please change the number of characters in Institutional Symbol for this supplier.
