Problem Symptoms:
The invoice number field is now 15 characters long.  This is not sufficient, as the invoice numbers from international vendors, e.g., Amazon are much more longer.

Resolution:
This is the history of this invoice-number-length-increase issue:
In 2013: it was requested by IGeLU for v.22.0 but was not selected in the final voting cycle.
In 2014: it was requested by IGeLU for v.22.1 but since it required Oracle change (which can't be done in minor release), we suggested to bring it again in the next version voting.
In 2015: it was not on the list provided by IGeLU and, therefore, will not be developed in v.23.
