    Description:
Is authority matching based on the Z01-NORMALIZED-TEXT or on the Z01-FILING-TEXT?

    Resolution:
KB 16384-8418 describes a case where the z01_display_text was matching but the link to the authority record was not occurring because the z01_filing_text did not match.

System Librarian's Guide -- Authorities, section 3.2.3 ("Finding a match") says that the z01_filing_text *and* the z01_normalized_text need to match -- which makes sense: the tab_filing for the heading should be the same in the bib as the authority,... if it's not, you are going to have a mess. (That's what happened in KB 16384-8418.)
