    Question

Is it necessary to upgrade to the latest Service Pack Level before running upgrade express?
We are now on Aleph 18, Service Pack Level 2186 and would like to upgrade to Aleph 21.

    Answer

No, it is not required to upgrade to the latest Service Pack Level; the upgrade express kits are designed to work without any Service Pack level.
