    Question

Is it possible to exclude a process status from printing in service cir-12?

    Answer

In order to exclude a process status from printing in service cir-12, you can set col. 8 in ./xxx50/tab/tab15.lng

    Example
    ./xxx50/tab/tab15.lng
    ABCDE ## OR L On Order N N T Y Y N N Y Y 00 N

Please change col. 8 for item process status 'OR' to 'T' to avoid printouts.

    Additional Information

System librarians guide regarding setup of items on order / lost etc.

"! T - item availability is not checked when hold request is placed,
! because hold requests are always allowed (e.g. short-term loan,
! lost, on order, etc.). However, for p_cir_12 (print request
! slips) and ue_06 (online printing of request slips),
! item is not considered "requestable" and does not print"
