    Description:
When using the "Delete Single Hold Request by Barcode" function and then the "Print Letter" button if there is another hold on the item, the item does not properly go "In Transit" if requested for pickup at another library. Instead, a hold slip is printed with the pickup location indicated and the patron is notified that the items is available for pickup. However, the item is at the incorrect library and we do not know to send it elsewhere. Interestingly, the email sent and hold slip which is printed is not that as defined in the ini file.

    Resolution:
You need to return the item after doing a "Delete Single Hold Request by Barcode". *You need to do this even though the item had already been returned previously and is not currently on loan.*

The return has the effect of activating the next request and, if the item is not at the pick-up sublibrary, generating a transfer loan to that sublibrary.
