Description:
After running Upgrade Express for v18 - v20, the v20 data (z00, z13, etc.) record counts seem OK, but when I do a keyword search in the OPAC or the GUI, I get zero results.

Resolution:
If you did not use the Data Pump in running Upgrade Express and if you specified "Do not export the z98 (and z97)", then the v18 z97 and z98 keyword tables were *not* carried over (this can be confirmed in the xxx01 util a/17/11/2) and you will need to run p_manage_01 in v20 to build these Word indexes.
