    Late Return Message

    Problem Symptoms:
    Although when the option Circulation Client / Return Options ?€“ Late Return / Per Each Loan is activated, there is no message when an item is returned late.
    A pop up message 'Item returned late' should appear

    Cause:
    Defect in the program

    Resolution:
    Aleph 21 rep_change #2103 corrects this problem
