    Description:
We would like non-authenticated patrons in Aleph to be able to click on urls in the 856. Currently the Aleph profile (z61) has the Link permission set to 'No'.

If one tries to modify this setting via the Patron Profiles in the Circ Gui by ticking off the box and clicking 'ok' the following message appears: "Library for profile should be an administrative library".

Currently the "User Library" appears as "ABC00" (our $usr_library).

If I try to change it to our ADM library (ABC50), I get the message "Library for 'ALEPH' profile cannot be changed".

    Resolution:
As noted in KB 8192-4407, "when updating the ALEPH profile the z61_bor_library field has to be empty".

I don't know how it got set to ABC00, but, anyway, you should change it to blank and then you will be able to perform the update to the Link permission without any problem.
