Description:
One of our ILL partners is in the process of upgrading to Aleph version 19. In testing ILL between our test server on version 18 and their test server using Aleph version we are getting program aborts in the locate preview. Here are some clips from the www_server logs:

This happens because the IP server was not defined in the server_ip_allowed for X-Services in v19 partner site.

Resolution:
As you found out, the problem happened because your IP address was not included in the server_ip_allowed for the X-Services.
