    Description:
Is there a way to identify all the bib records that have a 130 field?

Catalogers say the 130 should be "uniform title as main entry," so should be indexed as author.
We only index the 130 as title currently.

I could use manage_21 if I could get a list of system numbers.

    Resolution:
Run p_ret_01, specifiying 130 as the Tag, to create an outfile with the record numbers in it.

That file can then be used as input to p_manage_21.
