    Description:
I am trying to load some Marcive records using p-file-99 on our test server. This is the first time that I have tried using the loader since we moved to version 17, other than to test the matching algorithm after making changes to the header of the matching routine. And I noticed that it was putting an OWN code of PUBLIC in the holdings record. This was reported and fixed with a rep_change.

But now, it is not putting any OWN code in the holdings records. Is there some setting that needs to be changed to get the correct OWN code in the holdings record. The OWN code is in the BIB record, just not the holdings records.
