    Question

Why is a specific record not displayed when using Bibliographic Data > Bib Information, filtered by 'Doc No' range?

    Answer

The bibliographic record does not have any administrative data (ADM record) attached, therefore it is not transferred to ARC.

    Additional Information

ARC is designed to allow data analysis especially for management and statistics purpose.
The analysis is based on the administrative data from the ADM library. Therefore the ETL process starts from the ADM library and only extracts additional information (such as bibliographic or holdings data), when there is at least an ADM record.
