    Desired Outcome Goal:
Moving of items is not possible when there is a linked ILL record. How can this be done anyway?

    Procedure:
    xxx01/tab/tab_move_record says:
    e.g.move_adm_to_adm
The move is not performed if:
    - One of the items is linked to an incoming or to an outgoing ILL request

The reason is that the Z416 table contains BIB and items information (Z416_BIB_INFO und Z416_ITEM_INFO), which would be not correct when the record would be moved.
To move the record, the ILL record must have the status "deleted" and then be archived (ill_89)
