Problem Symptoms:  

When sending emails from my e-shelf or saving the output locally on the PC the text (mostly the title) is cut off. It doesn't matter which format (MARC, catalog card etc.) you use.

Resolution:  

Table xxx01/form_lng/www-set-mail-00 should be adjusted according to the configuration in standard environment (USM01). A common error is that the numbers listed after 00720 end with '"55" or "50", they should end with "00".
