New courses and titles not showing up in OPAC

Description:
We had a problem again late Friday with new courses and their readings not showing up in the opac.

I restarted the UEs in SYS01 and the ADMs.

Resolution:
It is the ue_01 in the xxx30 library which indexes the Course Reserve records.

You need to do this:

> dlib abc30
> util e 1

Then do the same for each other xxx30 library.

In order to have the ue_01 started automatically in the xxx30 libraries, each library needs to be added to the WORD_STARTUP_LIBS section of ./alephe/aleph_start.private. (Note: this change will be in effect only after aleph_shutdown and aleph_startup are run.)
