    • Product Version: 16.02

    Description:
In both Staff Searching and OPAC, new records added can not be found by any type of title or keyword search.

    Resolution:
Numeric index records (Z11) will be created for newly added records immediately and directly upon creation. The Word and Headings indexes, however, are updated by the indexing daemon (ue_01) only.

You can do "dlib xxx01", then util c/1 to see if ue_01 is running. If not, you need to start by doing util e/1.

In this case, we see that aleph was re-started at 4 am this morning. It seems that this restart did not start up the ue processes as it should. Please examine the aleph_startup log for any errors.
