Description:
ABC01 shows a last-acc-number count of 35146277, so there SHOULD be that many z01 records. But SQL shows 0..
$data_scratch/z01_dmp_ora.log.nnn files all show this:.
Record 1: Rejected - Error on table ABC01.Z01, column Z01_HASH.Column not found before end of logical record (use TRAILING NULLCOLS).
So no Z01s were actually loaded. What should be done?

Resolution:
It has been decided to remove the "p_update_flag = A" option. This is 16.02 rep_change 1013 and 17.01 rep_change 165. p_manage_17 can still be used with option C (Continue from last run) as in previous versions. Note that the last-long-acc-number needs to be set to "0" in order to do a complete run.
