No files seen in Task Manager server directories after Minor Release

Problem Symptoms:
After installing v21 rep_change 2030,
* the two download/upload windows are seen in the GUI Task Manager, but
* no files are seen in the any of the server directories: print, scratch, data files from the GUI.
Cause:
* .\Alephcom\tab\lng\tab_col.dat not downloaded to PC by version check.
* As noted in KB 16384-275 ("Type=sp_exe, Type=sp_conf, and Type= <blank> in alephcom.ini") Type=sp_exe will not download the ./tab files.
Resolution:
1. Run Version check the first time with Type=sp_exe specified in alephcom.ini, then change it to Type=sp_conf and run it a second time. Or
2. As described in KB 16384-275, copy all the server files into the /exlibris/aleph/a20_2/aleph/pc_exe/version directory and change alephcom.ini to Type= <blank> before running Version check.
Additional Information
1. v21 rep_change 2030 is included in the v21 Minor Release (SP 2278). 2. v21 rep_change 2233 (also included in SP 2278) is also relevant to this function.
