When trying to run the service cir-05 for a specific ADM library, I am not offered a list of patron statuses as I am in other ADMs. I need to refine the report to only patron status 30 otherwise it is too big to use. Is there a table which has not been set up properly for this?

Resolution:
The patron status for the drop-down list are defined in section BOR-STATUS of the table xxx50/tab/pc_tab_exp_field_extended.eng.

When looking at the definitions of the other ADMs I can see that they have ##### in col. 2 whereas the problematic ADM has the ADM library resp. a sublibrary code in col. 2.

The only way to see all the statuses in the batch services while still being able to see "local statuses" in local patron info is to add all the statuses in pc_tab_exp_field_extended.lng with "#####" after all the lines for specific sublibraries. It works fine for services, and the status text appears fine in the GUI. The only problem is in the dropdown menu for "Patron Status" in local patron details: you see the status lines twice, once with the sublibrary text and after that again with the "#####" text. But it's the best that can be done.
