    Why are we getting this "No renew permission" message. See attached.

    Resolution:
    You are seeing this message because patron ID2263 has no renew permission. util f/4 for the abc50 z305 shows this:

    z305_bor_status .............02
    ...
    z305_renew_permission .......N

    This goes back to the abc50 tab31 where you have "N" in column 9 for patron status 02:
