The new version 21 Minor Release shows an SP# of "2278". Are there already 2278 fixes/changes in version 21?

Answer

* Though the number of rep_change's which have been created for version 21 is far fewer than 2278, 2278 is the highest-numbered rep_change.

* rep_change's which were being held for inclusion in the Minor Release started being numbered with "2000".

* Thus, there is a large gap between the highest 21.0.2 rep_change# (209) and the 21.1 numbers.
