    Description:
Our v20 system is slow. We are running a TWO_TASK system. What does ExLibris recommend for CPUs on each server in a TWO_TASK system? We are at AIX 5.3.

    Resolution:
The Sizing Manager requires more information about your installation in order to determine whether a particular configuration is adequate for running any version of Aleph. If you can go to the Doc Portal and find the document called, "03_Aleph ARC Sizing Request Form.doc" in the Aleph, "Upgrade Express" -> "To 20.x" folder, it requests the necessary information and gives you the email address to send the Sizing Form to when it is completed. That will get the quickest and most accurate response.
