    Description:
Some ILL Requests arrive with their Requested Send Method field truncated. This is because OCLC treats the field differently from Aleph. This field must be manually adjusted.

    Resolution:
In the ILL GUI > List of Requests > lower right pane, “3. Request Details” tab > “Requested Ship Method” field (Z416_REQUEST_MEDIA_SEND_METHOD), Aleph displays only the first 2 characters of the incoming APDU message “IllRequest.DeliveryService.PhysicalDelivery" (46201) field.
    See attached workaround.
