    Description:
OWN codes being automatically created in HOL records for most of the ways that we create those records. However, one major way that HOL records are created is during the import of BIB records from OCLC, and the OWN code is not automaticaly created in this circumstance. Could you tell me how to tweak things so that the OWN code is created in the HOL record when we import from OCLC?

    Resolution:
The standard way to add the OWN field to the Holdings record create at the time OCLC records are imported is through use of tab_mapping in your ADM (XXX50) library. You can look at the sample tab_mapping table we distribute in USM50 to see an example.
