    OPAC acq request results in error message "www_f_new_acq.gnt"

    Problem Symptoms:
    ACQ request from Opac does not work but comes back with error message when the patron signs in during the ACQ request workflow. When patron signs in first and then does search and ACQ request it?€™s working properly.

    Error message in WWW server log:

    WWW-F : NEW-ACQ
    Load: /tmp/utf_files/exlibris/aleph/u22_1/alephe/tab/tab_io_remote
    Error: io_z00 - table doesn't exist in database or tab_io_remote for library:

    Execution error : file '/exlibris/aleph/a22_1/aleph/exe/www_f_new_acq.gnt'
    error code: 114, pc=0, call=1, seg=0
    114 Attempt to access item beyond bounds of memory (Signal 11)

    Resolution:
    A wrong login-session (or login-session-xxx01) was created where important place holders were omitted.

    Please check if the related lines are available in $alephe_root/www_f_lng/login-session (or login-session-xxx01):
