    OPAC via Primo displays error "There is a communication error with the ILS"

    Problem Symptoms:
    * After Aleph restart the OPAC via Primo (OvP) still displays error "There is a communication error with the ILS"

    Cause:
    JBOSS not running

    Resolution:
    Restart JBOSS via utility Start 'Other' Servers
    util w/3/9 JBoss Server

    Category: Background processing (500)
