    Problem Symptoms:
    * Seeing these messages in SIP2 Server logfile sip2_server_nnnn.log:
    Oracle error: io_z36_write
    ORA-00001: unique constraint (XXX50.Z36_ID) violated

    Cause:
    Wrong behaviour of self check machine
    The machine is sending "Cancel Checkin Requests" (SIP2 message 11 with Cancel Flag BI= Y) after a preceding "Checkout message" (SIP2 message 11 without Cancel Flag)

    Resolution:
    * Check with vendor of self check machine to correct the behaviour

    Additional Information

    According to SIP2 protocol definition "Checkout"-messages (SIP2 message 11) must be canceled with SIP2 Message 09 (Checkin) with Cancel Flag (BI) = Y.
