Problem Symptoms

• p_manage_32 job fails in building the z0102 Oracle indexes:

ERROR at line 1:
ORA-00603: ORACLE server session terminated by fatal error

• util a/17/2 has the same error for the z0102_id1 index.

Cause

No space left on device.

Resolution

Resolve No Space Condition.

Additional Information

The Oracle ./bdump/alert_aleph17.log file (viewable in util o/3/1) had the following error:
Errors in file /exlibris/app/oracle/admin/aleph17/udump/aleph17_ora_23673.trc:
ORA-01114: IO error writing block to file 204 (block # 209398)
ORA-27063: skgfospo: number of bytes read/written is incorrect
SVR4 Error: 28: No space left on device
