    ORA-12547: TNS: lost contact

    Problem Symptoms:
    Aleph is not working and using dlib or util O-14-1 a
    ORA-12547: TNS: lost contact
    message is displayed

    Cause:
    The file access permissions of $ORACLE_HOME/bin/oracle was changed.

    Resolution:
    1. Login as user oracle
    2. cd $ORACLE_HOME/bin
    3. chmod 6751 oracle
