Old fines for same item not appearing in fine total in OPAC Loan History

Description
One of our users is reporting that some of their fines are missing from the OPAC display. They are getting a correct total, but several fines are not appearing.
Resolution
The Loan History shows only the most recent transaction for this patron for a particular item. If the patron wants to see money owed for all past transactions for each item, they need to consult the Fines/Fees.
