Oracle error: io_z01_write

Problem Symptoms:
In the run_e_01.xxx log there is the error message
Oracle error: io_z01_write
ORA-00001: unique constraint (XXXXX.Z01_ID2) violated
Cause:
Duplicate key in Z01_ID2 Oracle index
Resolution:
Run service Update Headings Index (manage-02) with the option ?€œRebuild entire heading index?€?
Additional Information
To speed up the execution of the procedure put in the ?€œprocess to create?€? parameter to the double of the processors installed on your server.
