We see this message in the pc_server log:
Oracle error: update_cursor3 z601
ORA-00903: invalid table name

Resolution:
We have seen (in version 16.02) that when this error occurs the ./alephm/source/acq/ directory contains a (defective) "get_order_enc_budget_years.cbl.enc" file.

Zipping, decrypting, and re-compiling this file generates a different (correct) executable in the ./aleph/exe/ directory.
